Personal Project _ Clownville. "Always dreamed to do an Adolf portrait. To tell my personal view about this little man.
My grandfather was a french socialist and was captured by Nazis as a political prisoner. He has been working in several camps before being sent to Auschwitz. He was lucky because he survived until the Russians arrived in 1945."

The characters portrayed in Amber Gray’s work inhabit a world more colorful, dramatic, and whimsical than our own.
Conceptual images, mile-high staircases, surreal places, result in a particular way of seeing the world, revealing a unique, memorable and bewitching personalities.

For its sixtieth issue, devoted to the theme of religion, fashion and art publication visionaire collaborates with Riccardo Tisci,
artistic director of Givenchy and now guest editor of the special june 2011 edition. 'independent of any divination',
the publishers reflect, 'the issue's theme draws inspiration from 'religion' as a synonym for obsession, ritual,
worship, apparition, and the celebration of humanity.'
The result is a magnificent Leatherbound in black-on-black and encased in a split-door wooden box reminiscent of a church alterpiece, and inside which there are 228-page, the artists and photographers commissioned by tisci are given considerable creative freedom in their work, Franca Sozzani, Karl Lagerfeld, Mert Alas and Marcus Piggott, Carine Roitfeld, Mario Testino, Jefferson Hack, Patti Smith, Inez van Lamsweerde & Vinoodh Matadin y Kate Moss, among others.

Me gusta la dureza de esta serie de imágnes del fotógrafo Thiemo Sander. Bajo el acertado título "Skin" las imágenes lo dicen todo acerca de la fragilidad la soledad, la emoción. Más trabajos de Thiemo en su web.
I love the rawness in this beautiful series of images by photographer Thiemo Sander. The images aptly called ‘Skin’ are a great series that speak volumes about fragility, loneliness and fragile emotion to me. For more of Thiemo’s work do have a look at his website.
